FIRST ON FOX: He The White House would have to notify Congress when the president takes a medication that could impair his alertness, judgment or mood, under a bill proposed Thursday by a Tennessee Republican.
“Joe Biden’s disgraceful outbursts of anger and incomprehensible speeches reflect the untold damage his policies have caused our nation,” Rep. Andy Ogles told Fox News Digital on Thursday.
“Frequent slurred speech, abnormally long pauses and an inability to string five words together into a coherent sentence have highlighted Biden’s physical and mental deterioration,” he said. “It is unfair to the American people that the White House is occupied by someone who is literally unable to speak.”
Ogles said his bill, Joe’s Anti-Juicing Law, came about because the White House “has refused” to test Biden’s cognitive abilities “because they know he will fail miserably.” Biden is scheduled to debate former President Trump, the Republican nominee, later this month.

Kennedy by Dr. Max Jacobson, known as “Doctor Feelgood,” and the Woodrow Wilson’s post-stroke incapacitation, which led to the 21st Amendment.
In a statement emailed to Fox News Digital, White House spokesman Andrew Bates said: “It’s telling that Republican officials can’t stop announcing how intimidated they remain by the president’s State of the Union performance. Biden.
“But after losing every public and private negotiation with President Biden, and after watching him succeed where they failed across the board, from rebuilding America’s infrastructure to reducing violent crime and overcoming China, “It appears that those same Republican officials confuse trust with a drug.”
