With less than a month to go until Election Day in the United States, Vice President Kamala Harris is on a media spree.
In recent days, the Democratic candidate sat down with the CBS journalist 60 minutesABC The viewhe calls his daddy Howard Stern podcast and radio show. To top it all off, Harris joined late-night host Stephen Colbert on Tuesday night in front of a live audience.
Right off the bat, Colbert asked Harris if he could have a cold beer with him, referencing the old saying that people want politicians they can sit down and have a beer with. Colbert revealed that, of course, he asked the vice president beforehand if she would be willing to drink with him. She asked them to drink “the champagne of beers,” a Miller High Life.
“That tastes like the beautiful city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin,” Colbert joked after taking a sip.
The late-night host later asked Harris if Donald Trump did, in fact, lose the 2020 election, something the former president still denies.
Harris responded: “You know, when you lost millions of jobs, you lost manufacturing, you lost auto plants, you lost the election. What does that make you? A loser. This is what someone said at my rallies. I thought it was funny.”

Harris laughed and added, “This is what happens when I drink beer!”
The interview also touched on serious topics, including a new report that Trump sent COVID-19 testing machines to Russian President Vladimir Putin in 2020. The claims emerged in journalist Bob Woodward’s book. War. Trump denies the accusations.
Harris commented on the report, saying: “Openly admire dictators and authoritarians. He has said he wants to be a dictator from day one if he is elected president again. These guys play it. He admires so-called strong men and they make fun of him because they flatter him or offer him favors.”
He reflected on the hardships Americans faced during the height of the pandemic and condemned Trump for failing to put American citizens first in his eyes.
“And this man is giving COVID test kits to Vladimir Putin? Think about what this means besides him sending love letters to Kim Jong-un. He thinks, well, that’s his friend. What about the American people? “They should be your first friend.”
While Harris has been reserved and busy with media appearances, Trump keeps a relatively lower profile. the recently canceled his 60 minutes interviewcontravening a long-standing tradition.
